2026-2학기에 학위청구논문 심사계획이 있는 자는 아래와 같이 논문연구계획서를 작성한 후 소속 학과사무실에 제출하시기 바랍니다. 1. 대 상 : 2026학년도 2학기 학위청구논문 심사 계획이 있는 자 (수료생 포함) 2. 제출기간 : 2026. 9. 1.(화) ~ 9. 11.(금) 3. 신청절차 : UWINS(학생포털) 접속 → 성적·졸업 → 졸업자격시험 → 논문연구 계획서 작성 → 논문연구계획서 출력 → 지도교수 확인 및 날인 → 학과 사무실 제출 → 논문연구계획서 접수처리(학과) 4. 제 출 처 : 소속 학과사무실 5. 참고사항
가. 논문연구계획서 미제출시 해당 학기 학위청구논문 심사신청이 불가함. 나. 수료생은 연구등록을 완료하여야 논문계획서 신청이 가능함. (2026-2학기 연구등록금 납부예정자는 등록금 납부한 다음날부터 신청이 가능함) 다. 계약학과(안전보건학과, HRD컨설팅학과) 수료생은 신청서 제출시 재직증명서를 첨부하여야 함. (수료 후 이직하였을 경우 논문심사 신청이 불가함) 라. 논문연구계획서 작성 내용 : 논문제목, 연구방법개요 (연구필요성, 연구목표, 연구내용 및 범위, 연구방법 및 추진전략) ※ 수료생의 연구등록 (재학생의 등록기간과 동일함) - 본 등록기간 : 2026. 8. 24.(월) ~ 8. 27.(목) - 추가등록 기간 : 2026. 9. 9.(수) ~ 9. 10.(목) - 수료생이 학위청구논문을 제출하고자 할 때는 연구등록을 하여야 함. - 연구등록은 1회 한하고 학위청구학기까지 유효함. - 연구등록비는 정규등록금의 5분의 1이며 환불은 허용하지 아니함. - 등록금 납부에 관한 자세한 사항은 울산대학교 홈페이지 ‘등록안내’를 참고바람
Those who have a thesis defense plan for the second semester of 2026-2 should prepare a thesis research plan as outlined below and submit it to the office of their department. 1. Eligibility: Those who have a plan to undergo thesis defense for a degree in the second semester of 2026 (including those who have completed the required coursework) 2. Submission Period: September 1, 2026 (Tue) to September 11, 2026 (Fri) 3. Application Procedure: Access UWINS (student portal) → Grades & Graduation → Graduation Qualification Examination → Write the thesis research plan → Print the thesis research plan → Confirm and sign the advisor’s name → Submit to the department office → Thesis research plan processing (by the department) 4. Submission Office: Department Office 5. Notes a. If the thesis research proposal is not submitted, the application for thesis examination for the relevant semester will not be accepted. b. Graduates must complete their research registration in order to apply for a thesis proposal. (Those scheduled to pay the research registration fee for the second semester of 2026 may apply starting the day after the tuition payment is made.) c. Graduates of the Contract Department (Department of Safety and Health, Department of HRD Consulting) must attach a certificate of employment when submitting the application form. (Applied for thesis defense after changing jobs following completion is not allowed) D. Contents of the thesis research proposal: thesis title, overview of research methods (Research necessity, research objectives, research content and scope, research methods and implementation strategy) * Graduate school completion student’ research registration period is the same as that of enrolled students - Registration Period: August 24, 2026 (Mon) to August 27, 2026 (Thu) - Additional registration period: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 to Thursday, September 10, 2026 - When a completion student intends to submit a thesis for degree admission, they must register the research. - Research registration is limited to one time and is valid until the degree-seeking semester. - The research registration fee is one-fifth of the regular tuition, and refunds are not permitted. - For detailed information regarding tuition payment, please refer to the “Registration Guide” section on the Ulsan University website |
