1. UWINS(학생포탈) 접속 → 수강신청시스템 → 연구윤리준수서약서 동의 체크(신입생) → 대학원 수강신청 2. 수강신청 화면에서 해당전공 선택 및 검색후 해당과목 [신청] → 수업시간표 인쇄 3. 개인시간표조회: UWINS(학생포털) → 교과과정·수업 → (수강정보) 개인시간표조회 4. 수강신청 후 [수강신청 확인원]을 지도교수 확인(승인)후 학과사무실에 제출
1. 매학기 수강신청은 12학점을 초과하여 신청할 수 없음. 단, 음악학과 복수전공 이수자는 13학점까지 신청할 수 있음. 2. 특수대학원 및 전문대학원에서 석사학위를 취득하고 박사과정에 입학한 자는 일반대학원 소속 전공교과목 중 6학점을 추가로 이수하여야 함. (수료학점 42학점) 3. 일반대학원 타 학과 전공과목 수강을 희망할 경우 교과목 담당교수와 소속 전공 지도교수 승인을 받은 후 신청하여야 함. 4. 석사 및 통합과정 학생 중 학부 개설 교과목 수강을 희망할 경우 ‘보충과목계획서’를 작성하여 교과목 담당교수와 소속 전공 지도교수, 학과장의 승인(서명)을 받은 후 신청하여야 함. 5. 본교 특수대학원 개설 교과목 수강을 희망할 경우 ‘특수대학원 수강신청서’를 작성하여 교과목 담당교수, 소속 전공 지도교수, 학과장의 승인(서명)을 받은 후 신청하여야 함. (산업대학원 수강 희망 과목은 승인을 받은 후 신청 가능함. ☎259-2685) 6. 수강신청확인 및 정정기간 이후 교과목 폐강 등으로 수강과목 변경이 불가피한 경우 ‘수강과목 변경신청서’를 작성하여 학과 사무실에 제출하여야 함. 7. 재수강 - 이수한 교과목 성적이 C+ 이하인 경우 재수강 신청할 수 있으며, 재수강을 통해 취득한 성적은 A0 등급을 초과할 수 없음. (2024-2학기부터 시행) - 재수강(재이수)하는 교과목이 있을 경우 해당 교과목이 기재된 재수강원을 출력하여 소속 학과사무실로 제출 8. 직전학기 성적이 3.00 미만이거나 ‘F’ 또는 ‘U’ 성적을 취득한 경우 차기 학기 장학 수혜 불가함. 9. 수강신청을 하지 않거나 S/U로 평가되는 과목만을 신청하여 평점이 0.00으로 계산된 학기는 평점이 0.00이 나오기 직전학기의 평점으로 장학사정 자료로 적용함. 10. 연구활동 대상자(해당 학과)가 안전교육을 이수하지 않을 경우 차기 학기 수강 신청이 불가함. (안전교육 대상자 및 교육이수 방법은 소속 학과에서 별도 안내 예정) 11. 학사경고 및 학사처분제적 안내 [학사경고] 당해학기 성적 평점평균이 2.00에 미달되는 자 [학사처분제적] 학사경고를 2회째(석사), 3회째(박사) 받은 자. 단, 수료대상자는 제외

Course Registration Confirmation and Correction Period: Wednesday, September 2, 2026 to Friday, September 4, 2026, 09:00 to 22:00
1. Access UWINS (student portal) → Course Registration System → Check the box to agree to the Research Ethics Compliance Pledge (for new students) → Graduate Course Registration 2. On the course registration screen, select and search for the relevant major, then apply for the corresponding course. → Print the class timetable 3. Personal timetable lookup: UWINS (student portal) → Curriculum & Classes → (Course Information) Personal timetable lookup 4. After course registration, submit the [Course Registration Confirmation Form] to the department office after it is confirmed (approved) by the academic advisor
1. You may not register for more than 12 credits each semester. However, students who are completing a double major in the Department of Music may apply for up to 13 credits. 2. Those who have obtained a master’s degree from a specialized graduate school or a professional graduate school and have entered the doctoral program must complete an additional 6 credits in a major course offered by the general graduate school. (Total required credits: 42 credits) 3. If you wish to take major courses in a different department within the Graduate School, you must apply after obtaining approval from the course instructor and the faculty advisor of your major. 4. Master’s and integrated program students who wish to take courses offered by the undergraduate department must prepare a “Supplementary Course Plan” and submit it after obtaining approval (signature) from the course instructor, the faculty advisor for the major, and the department chair. 5. If you wish to take a course offered by our university’s Graduate School of Specialized Studies, please submit the “Graduate School of Specialized Studies Course Registration Form.” After preparing and obtaining the approval (signature) of the course instructor, the major advisor, and the department chair You must apply. When changing the enrolled course is unavoidable due to course cancellation after the course registration confirmation and correction period In this case, you must complete the “Course Change Application Form” and submit it to the department office. 7. Retake course - If the grade of a course completed is C+ or lower, students may apply for retake, and the grade earned through retaking the course cannot exceed the A0 grade. (Effective from the second semester of 2024) - If there are any courses you plan to retake, print the retake form listing those courses and submit it to your department office 8. If the previous semester grade is below 3.00, or if the student received an “F” or “U” grade, the student will not be eligible for a scholarship in the next semester. 9. For semesters in which students either do not register for courses or register only for courses evaluated by S/U, and whose GPA is calculated as 0.00, the GPA for that semester shall be applied to the scholarship evaluation data as the GPA of the semester immediately preceding the semester in which it was calculated as 0.00. 10. If the research participant (the relevant department) does not complete the safety education, they may take the course in the next semester Application is not possible.
