2026-1학기 대학원 석·박사학위과정 영구수료 예정자(2026년 8월) 및 기 영구수료자 중 2026-2학기에 논문제출 계획이 있는 자는 아래사항을 참고하여 기한내 학위논문제출시한 연장신청을 하시기 바랍니다.

제4조의 2(학위논문제출시한) 학위청구논문의 제출시한은 수료 후 석사과정은 5년, 박사과정은 7년으로 하며, 군 의무복무기간은 위 기간에 포함하지 않는다. 단, 영구수료 후 기간제한 없이 대학원장의 승인을 받아 1회(제한기간 2년)에 한하여 연장할 수 있다.

1. 신청대상(아래 항목에 해당되는 자 중 2026-2학기 논문제출 계획이 있는 자)
가. 2026년 8월 영구수료 예정자 (학위논문제출시한 만료예정자)
단, 현재 논문제출연장중인 자로서 2026년 8월 영구수료 대상자는 제외.
나. 기 영구수료자 중 논문제출시한 연장신청을 하지 않은 자
2. 신청기간 : 2026. 6. 8.(월) ~ 6. 11.(목)
3. 신청방법 : 학위논문제출시한연장신청원(붙임서식) 작성 → 지도교수 및 학과장 확인 및 서명 → 학과사무실 제출
4. 유의사항
가. 학위논문제출시한 연장은 영구수료 후 기간 제한 없이 1회(제한기간 2년)에 한하여 신청이
가능함.
나. 논문제출연장 승인 중에 있는 자는 재연장이 불가함.
다. 학위논문 제출시한 연장신청 후 2년(4개학기) 이내에 학위를 취득하여야 하므로 지도교수
와의 상담을 통하여 논문심사 준비가 되었을 경우 연장 신청바람.
라. 지도교수가 퇴임한 경우 본교 전임교원으로 지도교수를 변경하여야 함.

Those who plan to submit a thesis in the 2026-2 semester (August 2026) and those who plan to submit a thesis in the 2026-2 semester should refer to the following to apply for an extension of the deadline for submitting a thesis.

Article 4-2 (Time limit for submission of thesis) The deadline for submitting a thesis requesting a degree is 5 years for the master's program and 7 years for the doctoral program after completion, and the period of compulsory military service is not included in the above period. However, it may be extended only once (limited period of two years) with the approval of the graduate school principal without a period limit after permanent completion.
1. Subject to application (those who fall under the following items have a plan to submit thesis for the 2026-2 semester)
A. Those who are scheduled to receive permanent approval in August 2026 (submission deadline for thesis)
However, those who are currently extending their thesis submission are not eligible for permanent fees in August 2026.
B. A person who has not applied for an extension of the deadline for submitting a thesis among those who have received a permanent license
2. Application period: June 8, 2026 (Monday) to June 11, 2026 (Thursday)
3. Method of application: Completion of application for extension of the deadline for submitting a thesis (attached form) → Check and sign the supervisor and head of the department → Submission to the department office
4. Precautions
A. The extension of the deadline for submitting a thesis can be applied only once (limited period of two years) without a period limit after permanent completion.
B. Those who are under approval to extend the thesis submission cannot be extended again.
C. You must obtain a degree within two years (4 semesters) after applying for an extension of the deadline for submitting a thesis, so if you are ready to review the thesis through consultation with your supervisor, please apply for an extension.
D. If the supervisor leaves office, the supervisor must be changed to a full-time teacher at this school.
